Connecting homeowners with local HVAC contractors

What We Do

HVAC Install Hub is a referral and lead-generation service. We do not perform HVAC work directly. When you submit a quote request, we connect you with local HVAC contractors in your area for AC installation, furnace replacement, heat pump installation, mini-split systems, and commercial HVAC.

There is no cost to you for using our service, and homeowners never pay us.

What to Look For in Any HVAC Contractor

When evaluating HVAC contractors, these are the things that matter most:

• A valid state HVAC contractor license (requirements vary by state)
• General liability and workers' compensation insurance
• Experience with the specific system type you need installed
• Local operation and familiarity with local permit requirements

Our Business Model

Our service is completely free to homeowners and businesses requesting quotes. Our revenue model is pay-per-lead: HVAC businesses or lead-referral partners pay for the requests they receive, never the homeowner. We are not affiliated with any specific HVAC brand or manufacturer.

What We Are Not

We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not send technicians to your home. We do not sell HVAC equipment. We do not offer any warranties on installation work — warranties are provided by the contractor and/or the equipment manufacturer directly. Every page on this site makes clear that we are a connector service.

How We Research Our Guides

Our guides cite primary sources such as the U.S. Department of Energy, the EIA, ENERGY STAR, utilities and local permit offices, and we remove any figure we cannot source. Read our editorial standards for how pages are researched, checked and corrected.
